These four Core Values drive us, encourage us, and challenge us to be better today than we were yesterday.
Everyone has a voice: Everyone at Modagrafics, regardless of position, has a voice. Meaning that if someone sees an area that can be improved or if there is a concern, then they can take ownership of that situation and propose a solution.
It’s December so anyone attending school is busy preparing for finals. As business leaders, we face finals each and every day. We either win or lose accounts or opportunities based on the manner in which we approach a given assignment.
With the holiday season in full swing and 2018 knocking on the door, I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for a year to remember. It has been an incredibly hectic and rewarding last 12 months, with many successes. Our goal remains steadfast to build our clients’ brands so they will prosper.
Getting to this point has required a lot of sweat and sacrifice. We examined our business, spoke with many people, and revamped internal policies on how we do things to offer better performance.
The Great Modagrafics Pumpkin Contest held on October 31 proved the company’s creativity extends beyond fleet graphics.
The Sales team of Betsy Carlson, Charissa Fuerte and Jim Hurley won first prize and Amazon certificates for their entry. Betsy and Jim were responsible for the design and Charissa did a fantastic job of carving.
Jennifer Goluszka, Executive Assistant, and Jenifer Holly in the Accounting Dept., showed their creative chops by submitting a white pumpkin to earn second place. Thanks to all who participated.
Modagrafics jumpstarts printing industry interest with college Internship program
Similar to other manufacturing companies whose concepts seem out of date and potentially on the brink of extinction, the printing industry has been challenged to attract new talent. Companies must find a way to co-exist with technology and be relevant. A new program established last summer by Rolling Meadows-based Modagrafics shows promise to changing the impression.
Spedian system hits the west coast
Icon Image recently completed a test trailer for MillerCoors that involved its use of the Spedian System. The Corona, California company, trained and certified by Modagrafics’ installation team to install the system, applied graphics to a 48-foot Miller Lite trailer for use on the west coast.
Installers have always looked for a quick and efficient way to perfect a rivet application. Most trailers have thousands of rivets, and every one that is covered with a graphics program requires detailed attention. Therefore, each installer likely will have their own preferred installation methods.
Modagrafics has a powerful new tool to help in the age-old struggle with color matching. ColorThink Management software from CHROMiX was introduced last month and this is the first of a three-part series that will explain its benefits and how the program works.
Modagrafics has completed the commissioning of their new OKI ColorPainter M64 digital press.
Ideal for short runs and individual vehicle wrap work, the OKI ideally positions Modagrafics to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Honesty, integrity guides installation department success
Modagrafics has developed a reputation for excelling in every facet, from the very first step of handling a project through implementation and wrap-up. That includes the Installation department, a team long on experience and driven to delivering the best possible outcome for our customers.
