The popularity of wrapping semi-trailers continues to increase as fleet owners realize the daily exposure their equipment receives on the highways. Wrapping a fleet of trailers requires an investment and is often a key part of a greater marketing campaign. For the graphics to continue being a valuable marketing asset, it is important that the image quality on trailers is properly maintained throughout their service life.
The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) honored Modagrafics in January. The criteria that they used to award Modagrafics was their advancement to provide a safer workplace, through developing a safety policy, holding regular safety committee meetings, completing safety training, correcting safety hazards, and for sharing SGIA safety tips with their employees. At the same time, Modagrafics had achieved over a year without an accident. Congratulations to all!

These behaviors are reinforced daily, with the management team requesting and acting on feedback on how the pillars are impacting our business, where we are succeeding, and how we can improve. By adopting them into our daily routines, the entire Modagrafics organization is better focused on achieving success so our clients’ brands will prosper.
To accomplish our mission we look at things differently, and always with our customers in mind. By striving for consistent improvement and expecting the best efforts from our team, we believe we will deliver impressive results. Here is what we intend to do this year:

Since introducing ColorThink Management software from CHROMIX in late 2017, it has put a new spin on adjusting color. Part 3 of our series details how this software helps for plotting the target color against the color range that our presses are capable of achieving.
ColorThink requires very specific information to be calculated to determine the best approach for matching client-supplied specific colors. By eliminating any guesswork, the application determines from the start an educated path to pursue these colors, says Prepress Manager Paul Studzinski.

It’s not only because his Deli Direct delivery truck is stocked full of specialty gourmet meats and cheeses that are perfect holiday gifts, but with a new graphics design he’s often driving the most colorful and best looking truck on the street.
“It’s a head turner!” he exclaimed. “I wanted it to represent what we sell and the truck is a traveling billboard. Wherever I go, it gets a lot of positive comments.”
