1. Outline all fonts and include all fonts.
2. Change all scanned images to CMYK format.
3. Include ALL support files, placed art, and scans.
4. Include color proof or print.
5. Layouts should be done in QuarkXPress or Illustrator.
6. FPOs should be used in layout files.
7. High resolution images should be placed in a folder on the media provided.
8. Transparencies, slides, 35mm negatives, and reflective art should be in good condition when sent to us, as scratches and smudges will cause us to spend more time on the prepress.
9. Photoshop files should be both layered (if layers are used) and flattened. This allows us to edit or adjust your files if needed.
